Chicago class-action lawyer Clinton Krislov is better known for defending Illinois workers's pension plans than for standing up for consumer rights in bankruptcy cases. But for three and a half years, Mr. Krislov has been fighting on behalf of three jilted gift-card holders to recover money from the bankruptcy estate of shuttered book chain Borders.
