Former Indiana Deputy Clerk Sues Over Right to Refuse to Marry Gay Couples

A former county clerk staffer in Indiana who says she lost her job for refusing to issue a marriage license to a gay couple is claiming in a federal lawsuit that she's a victim of religious discrimination.
