Appeals Court Dismisses Sheriff Arpaio’s Immigration Challenge

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio can’t challenge Obama administration immigration policies that would permit millions of people in the country illegally to apply for deferred deportation and work authorizations, a federal appeals court ruled Friday.
