Tsarnaev Lawyers: Boston Marathon Bombing Wasn’t ‘Crime of Violence’

Lawyers for convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev say their client deserves a new trial and again they're asking that he be tried outside the Boston area.
